Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide PM leadership for larger, more complex projects, ensuring contributors understand deliverables and timelines; oversee budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
  • •Develop strategies to engage project stakeholders, maintain relationships, and report progress, safety incidents, and major issues with scope and budget impacts.
  • •Support pursuit and initiation activities, including “Go/No-Go” decisions, contract reviews, risk mitigation, and pricing reviews; participate in technical contract negotiation and presentations.
  • •Drive technical review levels and QA/QC adherence, select qualified staff for reviews, and manage required project documentation (Risk, PMP, Project Quality Plan, Project Safety Plan, Communications Plan).
  • •Mentor staff, facilitate kickoffs and problem/project reviews with root-cause and recovery planning inputs, oversee project reporting/closeout, and monitor AR/unbilled revenue.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major (or equivalent experience) in a technical/engineering firm.
  • •Essential project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the industry.
  • •Highly proficient understanding of project delivery processes in the A/E/C industry and strong project management experience.
  • •Advanced proficiency in analytics, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication with leadership, subcontractors, and employees.
