Manager FRS Ops East (Shanghai, SH, CN)

Drive sell-out performance and operational excellence across MW customer stores by monitoring retail KPIs, inventory health, and compliance with brand standards and SOPs. Partner with customer store management teams and internal Account Sales to align sell-in and sell-out priorities, improve merchandising and staffing execution, and track performance through weekly/monthly reporting. Identify risks and continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen store productivity and commercial health.
