Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Back Market’s B Corp recertification by compiling documentation, conducting benchmarking research, and maintaining progress trackers.
  • •Develop responsible business practices by creating sustainability databases, drafting questionnaires, and preparing roll-out plans.
  • •Contribute to tech impact monitoring and ESG reporting, including internal engagement and communications.
  • •Conduct legal analysis of bill drafts and parliamentary discussions/votes related to the circular economy at French, UK, and EU levels.
  • •Monitor policy-making processes, build stakeholder mapping, and contribute to position papers while tracking regulatory developments.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainability, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Environmental Studies, Law, Political Science, or a related field.
  • •Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • •Able to read and understand laws and understand policy-making processes in France and Europe.
  • •Strong analytical and research capabilities with excellent organizational skills.
  • •Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for database management and tracking.
