Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and strengthen existing key client relationships.
  • •Create and develop new client and consultant relationships and market opportunities.
  • •Proactively participate in Canberra senior leadership with responsibility to grow and develop the cost management team.
  • •Work closely with the wider Cost Management business, particularly NSW.
  • •Take responsibility for deliverables and ensure commitments are completed, including ownership of project and business targets delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management/Engineering or equivalent.
  • •Good command of written and spoken Japanese and English.
  • •Construction Cost Estimation or Quantity Surveying experience.
  • •Experience across the majority of Cost Management duties, including cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, contract knowledge, change orders, and final account close-out.
  • •10+ years of relevant practical experience and strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication/negotiation skills, with consultancy background preferred.
