Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and reconcile intercompany and intracompany transactions across entities and business units, ensuring monthly eliminations or proper allocations.
  • •Execute corporate cost passdowns, intracompany allocations, shared-service allocations, and management fee calculations with required documentation.
  • •Maintain and update the legal entity structure in the ERP, including charts of accounts, intercompany agreements, and elimination hierarchies.
  • •Prepare consolidation schedules, intercompany elimination entries, and related footnotes/disclosures for financial reporting.
  • •Prepare and research financial reconciliations, and help implement systems/process improvements to strengthen controls over time.
