Job Summary

Provide professional, personalized table service at One&Only The Palm Resort, overseeing a designated restaurant section and ensuring seamless dining experiences. Take accurate orders, make menu recommendations, deliver food and beverage according to service standards, and anticipate guest needs. Maintain product knowledge, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, prepare mise-en-place, handle requests and complaints, process bills, and support special events, groups, and VIP dining.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
•Accurately take orders and provide detailed menu recommendations when required.

•Oversee a designated section by preparing and maintaining mise-en-place and ensuring the section is set up before service.
•Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, while handling guest requests, complaints, and bills professionally.

Key Requirements

•1–2 years’ experience as a Chef de Rang in an upscale 5-star hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant environment.
•Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, sequence of service, and guest engagement.
•Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong guest relationships.
•Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, beverages, daily specials, and promotions.
•Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is highly regarded.
