Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage technical bonded store activities including spares segregation, storage conditions, and control of aircraft parts and supplies in line with GCAA and OEM requirements.
  • •Evaluate and propose upgrades to storekeeping methods, policies, and guidelines, and develop systems and processes for tools/equipment and store layout.
  • •Ensure smooth operation of technical stores with 24/7 coverage, proper manpower allocation, and immediate material support to maintenance.
  • •Manage tool stores by maintaining efficient control of tools to support maintenance during routine checks and maintenance.
  • •Maintain inventory control through customer inventory monitoring, physical stock checks, and timely reconciliation while adhering to safety and quality procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or equivalent degree/diploma in aircraft maintenance engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years aviation industry experience in aircraft maintenance stores and logistics with a supervisory role preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of technical manuals and aviation spares.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably AMOS, plus MS Office.
  • •Ability to adapt to multicultural environments, work flexible shifts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
