Payroll Specialist (Bengaluru, KA, IN, 560103)

Process employee payrolls within a Payroll Unit, including HR/payroll data gathering, accounting, internal reporting, audit support, and external reporting and remittance of wages and taxes. Apply knowledge of payroll tax laws to support medium-to-complex projects with documentation for payroll reports, audits, tax filings, and internal controls. Perform payroll issue analysis and reconciliation, support peak-volume needs, communicate with employees, and provide peer training while driving continuous improvement.
