Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all local People & Culture activities for the Ústí nad Labem entity, from recruitment and onboarding through offboarding.
  • •Maintain accurate employee data and documentation and provide monthly People & Culture reporting statistics.
  • •Ensure compliance with Czech labor law, internal policies, data protection, and corporate compliance standards, including compliance training.
  • •Manage local recruitment and support workforce planning in collaboration with local leaders and the global P&C team.
  • •Coordinate local training needs and learning activities, and collaborate with the global P&C organization on initiatives and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, law, psychology, or a related field.
  • •Sound knowledge of Czech labor law, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • •Several years of experience as a People & Culture/HR generalist, ideally in an international company.
  • •Experience across end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, and employee development.
  • •Ability to advise leaders and employees on People & Culture policies, processes, and compliant decision-making.
