Job Summary

Own the full lifecycle of Institutional staking and yield products, translating complex non-standard PoS consensus and edge cases into clear B2B workflows. Drive cross-functional delivery by partnering with R&D, frontend, QA, and node providers using Agile sprints. Lead ecosystem and asset-integration pipelines across major blockchains and enable non-EVM logic via smart contract ABI parsers. Produce rigorous PRDs and Figma-based UI/UX prototypes and state-flow diagrams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the institutional staking and yield product lifecycle, translating PoS consensus mechanisms and edge cases into intuitive B2B workflows.
•Drive cross-functional collaboration and Agile delivery with R&D infrastructure, frontend developers, QA, and external node providers to resolve blockers and hit delivery timelines.
•Manage ecosystem integration and asset management pipelines, productizing integrations for blockchains and simplifying non-EVM logic for institutional clients.
•Lead requirement gathering and logic structuring, delivering rigorous, edge-case-defined PRDs and clear specifications.
•Create high-fidelity interactive UI/UX prototypes and state-flow diagrams using Figma and align designs with engineering to prevent misalignment.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of product management experience in tech or Web3.
•Experience with B2B asset management platforms, wallet applications, or complex backend systems.
•High proficiency in Figma and the ability to deliver complete interaction prototypes aligned to engineering.
•Solid technical intuition: familiar with basic API calls and JSON structures, and able to read technical documentation.
•Resilient, reliable, and result-oriented with strong communication and closed-loop thinking.
