Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct KYB due diligence checks on prospective and existing vendors by reviewing documentation and identifying risks.
  • •Complete due diligence reviews within 1–2 business days of receiving complete documentation.
  • •Liaise with vendors (when authorized) to obtain outstanding information or documentation required for onboarding.
  • •Own and maintain the Vendor Master, including vendor records and vendor criticality classifications with rationale.
  • •Track vendor agreement expiry dates and support renewal or termination processes, coordinating with Local Compliance and Legal, and updating outcomes in the Vendor Master.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of experience in KYB, KYC, AML, or Third-Party/Vendor Due Diligence.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • •Ability to liaise directly with vendors and internal stakeholders (Managers, Compliance, Legal) via calls, emails, and chat.
  • •Knowledge of MS Office and comfort maintaining structured trackers and records (e.g., Vendor Master).
  • •Ability to manage and complete tasks with minimal direction while continuously learning and upgrading skills.
