Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic direction, guidance, and coordination for Christ-Centered Education efforts in the Dominican Republic.
  • •Lead and line-manage the Christ-Centered Education Officers, including performance management and support in program activities.
  • •Develop and manage relationships with partner schools and Christ-centered education networks; facilitate school transformation committees and discipleship clubs.
  • •Oversee training activities: visit partner schools, facilitate training (including biblical worldview and leadership/teaching skills), monitor implementation, and assess program quality.
  • •Own planning, reporting, and impact assessment: set objectives, ensure Salesforce data/sign-off, deliver monthly/weekly updates, and guide improvements based on efficacy monitoring.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of work experience in education, international development, community development, and/or youth development.
  • •Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education, accounting and finance, computer science, or a related field; a master’s degree or higher is strongly preferred.
  • •Significant experience leading teams, with previous performance management experience highly preferred.
  • •Experience designing programs and budgets.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish, strong report/proposal writing, and experience managing data in Salesforce.
