Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with stakeholders, authorities, consultants, and contractors on project documents including NOCs, permits, approvals, and handover requirements.
  • •Prepare handover and stakeholder reports, manuals, and guideline documents for client needs.
  • •Attend and track weekly/monthly meetings, recording actions and following up on progress.
  • •Ensure correctness and completeness of As-Built drawings, O&M manuals, and authority checklists and documents.
  • •Lead and mentor the KSA AOR team, manage resourcing and deliverables across multiple KSA projects, and coordinate with other WSP offices to deliver compliant outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a relevant field.
  • •12+ years of experience in stakeholder roles on similar construction projects.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Strong project management and leadership abilities.
  • •Deep understanding of governmental processes for NOC, permits, and authority approval across KSA.
