Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary strategic lead for one or more repair sites across the Americas.
  • •Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with the repair partner and key stakeholders.
  • •Manage CRM scorecard metrics with repair partners and stakeholders on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
  • •Partner on pricing for new repair product introductions (RPI) and pricing changes.
  • •Monitor partner build plan vs. actual delivery and drive daily issue resolution to improve on-time output and continuous process improvements.

Key Requirements
