Job Summary

Collaborate with enterprise customers to discover, design, and implement LumApps integration solutions that maximize product value. Own technical onboarding and training, lead data migration, and install/configure marketplace apps with complex integrations. Run discovery sessions connecting LumApps to external systems via APIs and synchronization methods, troubleshoot integration issues, and develop documentation and training materials. Partner across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve onboarding and drive customer success and retention.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop in-depth knowledge of LumApps product technologies and underlying architectures.
•Lead technical onboarding and training for customers, including configuring and customizing integrations (potentially using Workato).
•Lead data migration sessions from legacy systems to LumApps during onboarding.
•Design and enhance integrations by connecting LumApps to external systems (e.g., HR, payroll, LMS) via APIs and synchronization methods such as SFTP, REST, and SOAP.
•Support customers with technical troubleshooting by reproducing issues, identifying root cause, and providing workarounds when possible.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of technical development experience in software/SaaS, focused on integrations
•Strong integration technology knowledge, including OAuth, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, API development (REST, SOAP), and system synchronization (SFTP, batch workloads)
•Experience developing complex integrations and automating workflows using Python and Workato (or a similar iPaaS)
•Excellent written and verbal customer communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
•Ability to manage technical implementation projects from scoping through delivery in an agile (Kanban) environment
