Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, write, and maintain automated test suites and test plans covering agent behavior, tool use, and outputs.
  • •Perform manual and exploratory testing for new agent capabilities to identify edge cases and failure modes before production.
  • •Investigate test failures and reported bugs to isolate root cause, partnering with engineers to reproduce, document, and resolve issues.
  • •Partner with the Agent Evals team to close coverage gaps and improve reliability of quality signals.
  • •Help the team ship quickly without breaking existing behavior by hardening test coverage and catching regressions early.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Several years of experience in quality engineering, test automation, or QA on complex, evolving software.
  • •Hands-on experience writing automated tests and building test frameworks.
  • •Strong test design fundamentals (coverage, edge cases, regression risk).
  • •Familiarity with testing LLM-based or agentic systems and how they differ from traditional software.
