Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop employees within the consolidated warehouse.
  • •Analyze material availability and optimize inventory levels to support manufacturing lead-time objectives.
  • •Coordinate and schedule training for new and existing warehouse employees.
  • •Provide regular reporting to Material Planning and Supply Chain leadership on inventory and warehouse performance metrics, using data analysis and root cause/corrective actions.
  • •Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards, including inventory visibility initiatives and participation in physical inventory activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Associate degree (2-year) or minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain required Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) certifications.
  • •Working knowledge of materials management strategies, MRP systems, and material flow processes.
  • •Understanding of supply chain management principles, including production planning, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving.
