Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage SPI & NPI build plan cycle and the product transition process, including NPI responsiveness.
  • •Manage the LTB (Last Time Buy) process to ensure operational responsiveness to future demands with minimum P&L impact.
  • •Own SSG & WWOPs knowledge sharing and BKM engagement, and prepare internal & external audits.
  • •Develop and lead multi-products high-level planning and manage high-level programs involving new processes and initiatives.
  • •Own inventory management: analyze usage and stock levels, develop Inventory AOP, lead inventory reduction, and set up/modify inventory management systems.
