Job Summary

Manage and coordinate aircraft redeliveries, deliveries, and warranty support within budget, overseeing end-of-lease (EOL) programs. Lead fleet lease life-cycle activities, lease return with lessors, and redelivery planning aligned with Technical Services and regulatory requirements. Supervise subcontractors and employees in the Fleet Transition department, control EOL budgets, create executive reporting, and drive continuous improvement through post-event analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the life cycle of fleet lease agreements, redelivery conditions, and related contracts.
•Supervise subcontractors and coordinate EOL activities for aircraft deliveries, warranty management, and lease return with lessors.
•Create and control the EOL program budget, produce executive reports, and perform invoice checking and cost control for deliveries and warranties.
•Oversee aircraft delivery documentation and certificates for new deliveries, and manage aircraft delivery documents, modifications evaluation, and warranty claims status reporting.
•Set EOL standards/processes, ensure on-time planning and procurement of services/resources, and supervise employees in the Fleet Transition department while following Safety Management System requirements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5-7+ years’ experience in aircraft leasing, financing, or maintenance, or at least 4+ years in project management (technical/financial).
•Thorough knowledge of EASA OPS, Part M (including Subpart I), Part 145, and relevant parts of Part 21 regulation.
•Thorough knowledge of the CAME and good working knowledge of AMOS and MS Office tools.
•Ability to manage complex end-of-lease activities, budgets, and cost control, with strong analytical skills.
•Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong leadership/communication for coordinating teams and stakeholders.
