Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the life cycle of fleet lease agreements, redelivery conditions, and related contracts.
  • •Supervise subcontractors and coordinate EOL activities for aircraft deliveries, warranty management, and lease return with lessors.
  • •Create and control the EOL program budget, produce executive reports, and perform invoice checking and cost control for deliveries and warranties.
  • •Oversee aircraft delivery documentation and certificates for new deliveries, and manage aircraft delivery documents, modifications evaluation, and warranty claims status reporting.
  • •Set EOL standards/processes, ensure on-time planning and procurement of services/resources, and supervise employees in the Fleet Transition department while following Safety Management System requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5-7+ years’ experience in aircraft leasing, financing, or maintenance, or at least 4+ years in project management (technical/financial).
  • •Thorough knowledge of EASA OPS, Part M (including Subpart I), Part 145, and relevant parts of Part 21 regulation.
  • •Thorough knowledge of the CAME and good working knowledge of AMOS and MS Office tools.
  • •Ability to manage complex end-of-lease activities, budgets, and cost control, with strong analytical skills.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong leadership/communication for coordinating teams and stakeholders.
