Senior Expert Assist Consultant - Functional (PATT)

Lead end-to-end customer engagements as a consultant-builder within Expert Assist, advising and executing high-impact requests for Workday’s global clients. Analyze complex requirements, design technical solutions, and perform hands-on Workday functional configuration across Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. Manage multiple engagements in a highly visible, customer-facing role with autonomy, owning both solution and build from requirements through deployment, testing, and production.
