Key Responsibilities

  • •Unterstützt die operative und strategische Verantwortung des Facility Managements.
  • •Sammelt und analiziert gebäudespezifische Daten und erstellt aussagekräftige Reports.
  • •Verantwortlich für die Stammdatenpflege des CAFM-Systems und Weiterentwicklung des Systems.
  • •Überwacht und steuert die Effektivität von Gebäudeanlagen, externen Lieferanten und unterstützt die Führung der gebäudetechnischen Verantwortlichen.
  • •Initiiert und begleitet Projekte, Inbetriebnahmen sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Gebäudetechnik.

Key Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (kaufmännisch oder handwerklich) mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Instandhaltung oder Facility Management.
  • •Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Facility Management und der Gebäudetechnik.
  • •Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (Office 365), Erfahrung mit CAFM-Systemen und Bedienen von Gebäudeleitsystemen.
  • •Konzeptionelles Denken und dienstleistungsorientiertes Handeln.
  • •Selbständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise.
