Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor temperature of refrigerated units (reefer) and ensure parameters are updated in authorized systems.
  • •Validate proper electrical connections and tags for the Reefer Runner system before container connection.
  • •Monitor unit operational status, connections, alarms, and communications via automated and manual systems.
  • •Control the cold chain and operation of controlled atmosphere (CA) units, coordinating with technical support as needed.
  • •Ensure correct connection and disconnection of units in yard and bay, including initial reception monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical level degree (Técnico Nivel Superior)
  • •Basic English
  • •Experience monitoring refrigerated containers (reefer)
  • •Basic knowledge of refrigeration and electricity
  • •1-3 years in refrigeration operations or reefer container monitoring
