Job Summary

Open and service consumer and business deposit accounts while retaining existing customer relationships and driving branch goals. Assess customer needs, cross-sell appropriate banking products and services, resolve concerns, and build long-term loyalty. You may act as a Teller, Teller Supervisor, or Assistant Branch Manager as needed, assist with loan origination and processing, provide notary services, and complete required BSA/AML and compliance training.

Key Responsibilities

•Open consumer and business accounts and services in line with branch goals.
•Cross-sell and promote bank products and services while retaining relationships and building customer loyalty.
•Comply with regulations, policies, and procedures; complete required BSA/AML and other compliance training.
•Resolve customer concerns, track and monitor required documentation, and assist with long-term problem resolution.
•May serve as a Teller/Teller Supervisor/Assistant Branch Manager and assist with loan origination and processing as needed.

Key Requirements

•Ability to open consumer and business accounts and services and follow applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
•Demonstrated sales ability in banking or a related field, with general banking product knowledge.
•Ability to assess customer needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services while resolving concerns and ensuring long-term problem resolution.
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group settings.
•Education/experience equivalent: four years of high school plus training equivalent to two years of college, and 2 years of related experience and/or training.
