Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and motivate the project group (inside and outside) to deliver and close projects on time.
  • •Maintain and manage resident products in compliance with company quality standards.
  • •Interface with design teams and suppliers, including feedback on drawings and stack-ups and supplier quality plan reviews.
  • •Support test planning with Taiwan and Suzhou test departments; help develop test fixtures and implement/test plans.
  • •Support manufacturing engineering by creating PFMEAs and work instructions, aiding fixtures and end-of-line testers, and guiding online gauges and dispositions of FPI.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Mechanical engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of project engineering/leadership experience in a design and manufacturing environment using mechanical and electro-mechanical components.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and create/understand 2D prints.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • •Familiarity with Catia, Creo, AutoCAD, and Windchill is preferred (but not necessary).
