Key Responsibilities

  • •Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery for project management commissions, often on large or complex projects.
  • •Serve as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure client objectives are met and projects deliver to time, cost, and quality targets.
  • •Advise at a strategic level at project conception, including recommending approaches to achieve overall client objectives.
  • •Lead establishment of project success criteria and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
  • •Establish project governance, plan the project (including detailed plan), manage change control and project finances, and produce progress and other reports while interfacing with clients and consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •1-5 years’ experience in client-side project management, with some experience in corporate occupier (‘fit-out’) projects.
  • •Favourable: existing relationships in the corporate occupier sector with design consultants, builders, and clients.
  • •Knowledge and understanding of Australian construction contracts.
  • •Knowledge and understanding of Agreements for Lease (AFL’s).
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Project; ability to manage and support a design team.
