Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and lead the fabrication and production team to complete maintenance, repair, and fabrication tasks safely and to required standards.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive maintenance and periodic inspections for park assets, rides, equipment, and fabrication-related structures.
  • •Ensure safe and reliable operation of equipment and assets by following OEM manuals, industry standards, company procedures, and safety requirements.
  • •Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and return equipment/rides to operation quickly.
  • •Manage fabrication work including artistic painting, carpentry, fiberglass, and repairs while maintaining quality workmanship and timely completion; keep maintenance documentation and coordinate with internal teams and service providers.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical qualification in engineering or fabrication (e.g., recognized diploma or degree).
  • •Hands-on fabrication knowledge including painting, carpentry, fiberglass, and repair/production techniques.
  • •Proven leadership and people management experience supervising a technical or maintenance team.
  • •Problem-solving and maintenance planning skills, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
  • •Good communication, documentation, and computer skills, including clear English reporting and working knowledge of MS Office.
