Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience at the Tainan outlet by building client relationships and meeting individual and store sales goals. Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video). Support daily store operations, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction handling in a fast-paced, team-focused retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient handling of purchases/returns/exchanges and online pickups.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including walkie-talkie use and reading price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
