Job Summary

Provide L1 networking managed services by monitoring client infrastructure, identifying and investigating incidents, and resolving problems through approved procedures. Handle first-line troubleshooting, fulfill requests via telephonic/ITSM/chat support, and perform maintenance such as patching and configuration changes. Support shift handovers for continuous service, escalate issues to vendors when needed, and contribute to incident reduction, automation, knowledge updates, and occasional disaster recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor client infrastructure and solutions, identify and resolve errors/technical incidents, and ensure timely incident and request resolution.
•Investigate first-line incidents to identify root causes and follow approved procedures for request fulfillment.
•Provide telephonic, ITSM ticket, or chat support as required, including shift handovers for continuous service.
•Execute maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes, and report/escalate incidents and issues to 3rd-party vendors when needed.
•Identify opportunities to reduce common incidents and improve processes through automation, update knowledge articles, and support disaster recovery functions and tests when required.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years’ work experience and at least 2 years administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices.
•Diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•Up-to-date ITIL certification (Foundation Level).
•CCNA; CCNP is advantageous.
•Knowledge of Cisco IOS, wireless networking, and routing with LAN–WAN exposure; SDWAN experience is advantageous.
