Job Summary

Design, build, and operate network connectivity for trading infrastructure across colocation sites and regions. Deliver end-to-end network setups: cross-connects, routing, validation testing, and go-live readiness. Investigate and resolve complex network issues affecting latency, jitter, packet loss, or reliability. Identify bottlenecks with systems and hardware engineers, and support timing-sensitive networking (PTP/NTP) along with cloud connectivity and automation.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and operate network connectivity for trading infrastructure across colocation sites and regions
•Deliver end-to-end network setups: cross-connects, routing, validation testing, and go-live readiness
•Investigate and resolve complex network issues affecting latency, jitter, packet loss, or reliability
•Identify and address bottlenecks across the stack together with systems and hardware engineers
•Contribute to operational readiness: runbooks, checklists, incident reviews (RCA), inventory and documentation

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting production networks, Linux and NGFW
•Solid understanding of routing and switching fundamentals (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, L2/L3 design)
•Good understanding of how networks impact system and application performance
•Ability to work end-to-end and collaborate across domains (systems, hardware, vendors)
•Automation mindset; scripting experience (Python/Bash) is a plus
