Regional Director, Commercial Sales - APJ

Lead and scale the commercial organization across APJ in a second-line regional leadership role. Own strategy and execution for a digital-native, startup, and application-layer segment, including go-to-market planning, building a repeatable sales playbook, hiring and developing managers and AEs, and establishing operating cadence for pipeline generation and forecasting discipline. Partner with global GTM leadership and cross-functional teams to refine reporting, lead flow, account handoff, and expansion motions while staying close to key technical buyers.
