Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure electrical work is compliant with current NEC and local codes.
  • •Safely plan and complete solar battery installations and main panel upgrades as assigned.
  • •Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues.
  • •Work with branch teams, homeowners, and local inspectors; demonstrate OSHA knowledge and safety practices.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Must possess 75% of the hours required to sit for state-specific electrical certification exams.
  • •Electrical installation and repair experience, including wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC.
  • •Working knowledge of current NEC codes; ability to interpret single line drawings and PV systems from roof to meter.
  • •Must maintain a clean driving record, be 21 years of age, and possess a valid driver’s license.
