Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate and drive vision and strategy to stakeholders and the bank agile team to ensure quality member experience solutions.
  • •Collaborate with the team-of-teams lead to align business strategy, goals, and objectives, and translate that into backlog creation and prioritization.
  • •Define and communicate acceptance criteria based on business requirements and customer needs.
  • •Bring a data-driven approach to complex issue solving, including fund allocation and developing/tracking OKRs; deliver against team-level OKRs.
  • •Own and maintain the backlog (grooming, prioritization, refinement), optimize value flow across teams, remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and manage risks/issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
