Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively monitor work queues and resolve incidents/requests within the agreed SLA.
  • •Investigate, analyze, and log technical incidents/errors; identify root causes of incidents and problems.
  • •Update tickets with resolution steps, capture required information for immediate resolution, and escalate when needed.
  • •Execute changes with clear risk identification and mitigation plans, ensure proper change approvals, and manage shift handovers.
  • •Collaborate with automation teams to optimize and automate routine tasks; support maintenance activities, audits, trend analysis, and disaster recovery testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Moderate level years of relevant managed services experience handling cross-technology infrastructure.
  • •Moderate knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
  • •Moderate working knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • •Moderate experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
