Key Responsibilities

  • •On-site deployments with customers.
  • •Fine-tune models, RL on top of customer data, run and maintain evals, and more.
  • •Deploy and configure AI Agents end-to-end, from fine-tuning to on-site deployment with customers.
  • •Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship features for enterprise clients.
  • •Help build and refine autonomous AI agent systems used in regulated industries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building full‑stack web apps using TypeScript/Next.js and PostgreSQL.
  • •Strong background deploying AI/ML systems, including reinforcement learning and RAG pipelines.
  • •Ability to perform on-site deployments and customer-facing work.
  • •Experience shipping end-to-end AI agents in enterprise environments.
  • •Fast learner with startup mindset and willingness to work in a demanding culture.
