Job Summary

Oversee a venue’s part-time ancillary revenue programs during events, including VIP Club/Vinyl Room upgrades, Fast Lane, coat check, and future ticket sales. Lead and support ancillary sales staff, coordinate upsell availability with the core team and troubleshoot day-of-show opportunities with the box office manager. Help identify and launch new ancillary revenue products, maintain inventory, and secure/reconcile day-of-show ancillary sales while ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support the ancillary sales team during events to ensure successful execution of ancillary programs and exceptional guest service.
•Coordinate with the core team on staffing, upsell availability, and show execution of upsell programs.
•Communicate with the box office manager during day of show to troubleshoot guest opportunities involving upsell availability or equipment.
•Support venue leadership by identifying new ancillary revenue opportunities and helping develop, test, implement, and execute ancillary products and services.
•Assist with inventory management, provide feedback on new revenue streams, and secure and reconcile day-of-show ancillary sales.

Key Requirements

•Strong customer service, sales, and leadership skills.
•Business-minded approach with ability to understand revenue goals and sales performance.
•On-site knowledge of venue products and revenue opportunities, with innovative, creative thinking.
•Daytime and evening availability on weekdays and weekends.
•Ability to stand and walk for long periods outdoors in all weather conditions, and lift up to 25 pounds.
