Job Summary

Lead a mission systems integration team to develop and deliver advanced mission systems capabilities for an air dominance fixed-wing proprietary program. Own programmatic execution, including requirements decomposition, integration & test, metrics, and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and analysis. Interface daily with customers and Boeing program office teams while ensuring technical integrity, engineering excellence, risk management, compliance, and safety oversight in a fast-paced, multi-discipline environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead individual contributors performing engineering and technical activities for advanced mission systems capability development, including requirements decomposition, software development, and integration & test.
•Drive programmatic execution for mission systems capability development, developing, tracking, and communicating metrics and organizing EVM reporting and analysis.
•Interface daily with customers and Boeing program office teams.
•Ensure personnel and product safety related to design, production, and operation of integrated capabilities.
•Establish technical oversight and risk management to ensure systems engineering, technical integrity, and mission assurance; implement engineering process improvement and mentor/develop employees.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
•5 years’ related work experience (or equivalent education/experience).
•At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
•3+ years of experience leading mission systems development and integration.
•Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance (final post-start Secret clearance required).
