Sr Customer Care Specialist (Manheim)

Serve as a Senior Logistics Concierge in the contact center, escalating and resolving customers’ most complex requests while supporting Customer Care Representatives and Logistics Concierges. Train others on products, pricing, services, and processes, monitor queues for trends, manage backlogs, and coordinate issue resolution with internal departments and Manheim partners. Help improve diagnostic tools and processes, maintain relationships with dealers and carriers, and may support additional reporting, data analysis, and project work.
