  • •Translate stakeholder goals into scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • •Break down epics into user stories with acceptance criteria; run backlog refinement, grooming, and sprint planning.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years as a Business Analyst or Consultant, with 8+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement.
  • •Salesforce Admin Certification with 4+ years leading large technology/transformation projects across multiple workstreams.
  • •Experience spanning business process re-engineering, integrations, and data migrations.
  • •Agile tooling proficiency (JIRA, Copado, Gearset or similar) and comfort facilitating across business and technical stakeholders.
  • •Degree or equivalent relevant experience required (evaluated via core competencies).
