Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Advisors across financial planning and wealth management activities.
  • •Initiate and field client calls related to strategies, account questions, and portfolio inquiries.
  • •Build proposals and create or update clients’ financial plans, including meeting materials.
  • •Attend client meetings and manage complete follow-up activities.
  • •Monitor portfolios, maintain target allocations, rebalance as needed, and assist with data consolidation and special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial planning/wealth management.
  • •Completed or actively pursuing CFP®/CFA (or equivalent) or a JD.
  • •Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law (or equivalent experience).
  • •Must be organized, diligent, and able to manage and prioritize tasks with high accuracy and strong follow-through.
  • •Series 65 required, or ability to complete within 90 days of employment.
