Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and provide managerial leadership to production employees, including hiring, reward, discipline, and performance management.
  • •Assign work, set priorities, and ensure employees receive and follow required department training, including Environmental, Health and Safety training.
  • •Coordinate daily crossovers and build/test issues across Manufacturing levels and lead operational and milestone meetings.
  • •Plan and optimize production schedules and capacity, using real-time status and measurement data from manufacturing processes.
