Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end Change and Release Management, ensuring alignment with IT controls, regulatory standards, enterprise risk frameworks, and governance requirements.
  • •Chair and participate in CAB forums and partner with Business Units, Technology, Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, Risk & Control, Audit, and other Lines of Defense to enable outcome-focused decisions.
  • •Design and operate lean, scalable, and resilient change processes; define, implement, monitor, and enforce service-level expectations across the change lifecycle.
  • •Integrate cybersecurity considerations and operational resilience into change approval decisions; ensure internal/external change audits are tracked with transparent evidence and remediation management.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the Change and Release Management team; modernize tooling and automate workflows, and produce executive-ready reporting on throughput, risks, exceptions, and production stability.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in the IT industry with leadership accountability in large, complex environments.
  • •2+ years leading Change and/or Release Management functions.
  • •Prior software development or engineering experience with strong understanding of application lifecycles and deployment risk.
  • •4+ years working within development-led or engineering-led organizations.
  • •Proven expertise in ITSM controls, IT general controls, audit frameworks, regulatory compliance, and evidence-based control execution.
