Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to Principal Consultants and Associate Directors on technical, managerial, and financial matters for transport planning projects.
  • •Technically lead pedestrian modelling work: develop models, perform calibration and validation, and produce reports and presentations.
  • •Help prepare project scope and fee estimates, supporting delivery to budget and meeting KPIs.
  • •Mentor junior staff to enhance their technical skills and professional development.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience technically leading pedestrian modelling projects, including developing models, calibration and validation, and producing reports and presentations.
  • •Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent working knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • •Good experience in data collection and data analysis and ability to deal with complex modelling issues.
  • •Relevant BSc/MSc/BEng Civil Engineering or Transport planning degree.
  • •Supervision of workload and support to junior staff, including client contact and liaison.
