Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service and uphold Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor while providing fitness and motivational support to members.
  • •Deliver personal training programs and provide instruction, exercise execution advice, and correction to ensure member safety and maximize effectiveness.
  • •Complete required certifications/training (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE) and maintain in-depth My Zone knowledge.
  • •Meet fitness KPIs and manage required performance activities including floor shifts, success diary usage, and delivering own PT sessions and new member induction sessions.
  • •Perform training administration: update sessions on the Fitness Enterprise System, manage bookings and client confirmations, ensure documentation/signatures are complete, and support club meetings/events.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education (A level or equivalent) and a Personal Training certification (REPS A level or equivalent) or working towards it.
  • •Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements.
  • •Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and have in-depth knowledge of My Zone.
  • •Complete MY ZONE, 6D and RISE certification/training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
  • •Maintain REPs certification by completing CPD points per year.
