Job Summary

Deliver outstanding customer service on the gym floor while upholding Fitness First brand standards. Provide market-leading fitness expertise by engaging members with fitness and motivational support and delivering high-quality personal training programs. Complete My Zone, 6D, and RISE training, maintain REPS certification through CPD, and support KPIs. Handle training administration in the Fitness Enterprise System, manage client bookings and session documentation, and collaborate across club departments.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain high customer service and uphold Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor while providing fitness and motivational support to members.
•Deliver personal training programs and provide instruction, exercise execution advice, and correction to ensure member safety and maximize effectiveness.
•Complete required certifications/training (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE) and maintain in-depth My Zone knowledge.
•Meet fitness KPIs and manage required performance activities including floor shifts, success diary usage, and delivering own PT sessions and new member induction sessions.
•Perform training administration: update sessions on the Fitness Enterprise System, manage bookings and client confirmations, ensure documentation/signatures are complete, and support club meetings/events.

Key Requirements

•Secondary Education (A level or equivalent) and a Personal Training certification (REPS A level or equivalent) or working towards it.
•Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements.
•Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and have in-depth knowledge of My Zone.
•Complete MY ZONE, 6D and RISE certification/training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
•Maintain REPs certification by completing CPD points per year.
