Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive launch readiness end-to-end, including financial compliance review sign-off and closing out funds-flow documentation with Treasury and Technical Accounting.
  • •Build the operational backbone with daily reconciliation between debits, wires, and payments reaching lenders, plus support playbooks for failed/returned/misapplied payments.
  • •Make policy calls without precedent, including payment caps/floors, routing limits, and handling payments that reverse after being sent.
  • •Own the phased rollout and measurement, including sequencing, FAQs, support enablement, and instrumentation for a 12-week debt-reduction readout.
  • •Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal, and Treasury to launch and scale the product.
