Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, maintain, and manage plant utilities and Buildings & Grounds, including ammonia refrigeration, steam generation/boilers, thermal fluid heaters, compressed air, fire protection, HVAC, and potable water systems.
  • •Ensure reliability, regulatory compliance, maintenance execution, contractor coordination, and continuous improvement for utility systems.
  • •Establish work schedules and priorities to ensure facility needs are met.
  • •Supervise and lead hourly maintenance team members supporting boilers, refrigeration systems, building maintenance, and PSM activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
  • •3+ years in industrial maintenance, boiler/refrigeration, or related technical field with strong refrigeration theory knowledge.
  • •Experience with ammonia refrigeration and plant utility systems; Process Safety Management (PSM) experience required.
  • •Proficient with Windows-based applications; ability to learn SAP-PM and maintain accurate documentation, scheduling, and preventive maintenance instructions.
  • •Strong troubleshooting capability for hydraulic and electrical systems and ability to lead and supervise hourly maintenance team members.
