•Lead the team to set up growth marketing strategy and initiatives across insights, brand & creative, media and social.
•Grow new agencies to join the live business through ads, events, referral, and other channels.
•Shape communication strategy and optimize channels to better engage existing agencies and increase their efficiency and investment level.
•Build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to drive local integrated marketing and campaign strategy, including end-to-end campaign development and reporting.
•Collaborate with functional teams locally and globally to define and deliver marketing strategy with localization and global synergy.

Key Requirements

•5+ years marketing experience in tech companies, including building high-level strategies through campaign development and media management.
•Data and insights-driven approach, synthesizing data into strategy and execution.
•Deep understanding of full-funnel industry or creator marketing (Owned, Earned, Paid) and how to execute it.
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
•Excellent written and presentation skills, negotiation skills, and leadership ability.
