Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the feedback loop by turning field failures, RMA trends, readiness signals, and deployment friction into structured, prioritized input for engineering and product decisions.
  • •Own an accurate, real-time single source of truth for C2 compute status, location, configuration, and lifecycle stage; build readiness, reliability, and sustainment metrics.
  • •Maintain and improve SOPs and tracking-system workflows (Salesforce, JIRA, Airtable, Slack, and ERP such as Oracle or Odoo) to keep systems of record aligned with deployed hardware reality.
  • •Partner with deployment operations and sustainment to translate requirements and production forecasts into fulfillment and sustainment plans, and execute discrete projects that reduce deployment friction.
  • •Serve as an operational point of contact for deployed C2 hardware issues by triaging, coordinating resolution, escalating to engineering, and performing hands-on troubleshooting when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •2+ years of experience in product operations, technical operations, program/product support, or comparable work in a fast-paced startup, hardware, or logistics environment.
  • •Ability to turn operational or field data into insights and recommendations that support cross-functional decisions.
  • •Ability to communicate and coordinate technical and non-technical efforts across product, engineering, business, and sustainment.
