Technical Services Engineer

Work with MongoDB’s largest enterprise customers to troubleshoot and resolve mission-critical issues across production deployments. Build deep product expertise, then specialize in areas like performance, scalability, security, and data modeling. Trace problems end-to-end across application, database, and infrastructure, translating customer workloads into actionable deployment, sizing, and optimization recommendations. Maintain reliability during high-stakes incidents and convert field experience into internal learning.
