Job Summary

Lead mechanical BIM and HVAC/plumbing design work across multi- and single-discipline projects, delivering high-quality drawings, specifications, and reports that meet required regulations. Develop the team’s technical capabilities through peer reviews, technical solutions, and mentorship for junior engineers. Take on project manager responsibilities on selected projects, managing delivery, risks, statutory compliance, and timelines while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-quality mechanical services engineering drawings and specifications to required regulations.
•Develop technical capabilities of the team and contribute to technical solutions on projects, including design peer reviews.
•Act as project manager (PM) on selected projects, managing successful delivery of multi- and single-discipline work.
•Manage project risks and ensure statutory/regulatory requirements are met, monitoring programs and delays.
•Support mentorship for junior engineers and attend project meetings with other teams in India.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience.
•Proven experience in HVAC and Plumbing services engineering designs.
•Strong capability in heat load and ventilation load calculations, duct/pipe sizing, and pressure drop calculations.
•Hands-on experience with drafting/3D modelling tools such as AutoCAD and MEP Revit, including good BIM software knowledge and REVIT (2021+).
