Job Summary

Lead IT system projects and continuous service improvement (CSI) by collaborating with Group IT project delivery teams and embedded project squads. Support migrations, integrations, and transformations across a mixed infrastructure landscape, working closely with technical architects, stakeholders, end users, and vendors. Contribute to networking and service process improvements, manage CSI backlogs, escalate issues appropriately, and produce high-quality documentation, plans, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the design and provision of IT solutions, including full lifecycle M&A projects and group strategic projects.
•Drive integration and contribute to the successful rollout, decommissioning, or transformation of IT systems by working in project squads.
•Evaluate changes and provide solutions for stakeholder review, managing escalations with the Project Manager as needed.
•Create and maintain documentation, including systems configuration, processes, knowledge articles, and test and project plans.
•Create improvements across network services and processes, and manage a Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) backlog.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience with Windows operating systems and Active Directory management, including Group Policy, login scripts, and roles.
•Good knowledge of M365.
•Good working knowledge of core networking services such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, RDP, SNMP, and LDAP.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving ability in complex technical landscapes.
•Ability to produce high-quality deliverables, with excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
