Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design and provision of IT solutions, including full lifecycle M&A projects and group strategic projects.
  • •Drive integration and contribute to the successful rollout, decommissioning, or transformation of IT systems by working in project squads.
  • •Evaluate changes and provide solutions for stakeholder review, managing escalations with the Project Manager as needed.
  • •Create and maintain documentation, including systems configuration, processes, knowledge articles, and test and project plans.
  • •Create improvements across network services and processes, and manage a Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) backlog.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience with Windows operating systems and Active Directory management, including Group Policy, login scripts, and roles.
  • •Good knowledge of M365.
  • •Good working knowledge of core networking services such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, RDP, SNMP, and LDAP.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving ability in complex technical landscapes.
  • •Ability to produce high-quality deliverables, with excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
